It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ida M. Mercer (Upper Island Cove, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Edward Crane (Mary), Winston Crane (Stella), Mary Yetman (Bill), Pauline Lynch (Aubrey) and Phyllis Crane; her husband Hayward Mercer; and her parents, Walter Crane and Mary-Jane Crane.

She is survived by : her son Danny Mercer; her daughter-in-law Jean Mercer; and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Hayden Hierlihy, Haven and Gibson McHugh. She is also survived by nephews, family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to the Children's Wish Foundation.
