She was predeceased by: her husband James J. McCarthy; her parents, Tom Lynch and Rhoda Lynch; her parents-in-law, James and Barbara McCarthy; and her siblings-in-law, William John, Reg, Dolph, Felix (Rita), Sadie, Jane, Rene (Dennis), Agnes (Jack) and Violet (Happy).
She is survived by: her children, Florence (Gordon) and Terry (Debbie); her grandchildren, Scott, Nicole (Colin) and Krista (Jon); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Brent, Courtney, Derrick and Jeremy; her brothers, Tom (Lizzie) and Don (Kathleen); her grandson Derrick; and her great grandchild Kayla.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her loving memory to The Kidney Foundation-NL.
