Alexander left this world on October 3, 2025 at the age of 32, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his uncle Neil; and his grandparents, Murdock and Lillian Payne. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Payne and Stephanie King; his siblings, Emily, Aaron, Heidi and Maggie Payne (Lucille Drover); his grandparents, Eldon and Margaret King; and his aunt Natalie King.
When the Covid 19 epidemic occurred, Alex moved back to Newfoundland and Labrador, first to Woody Point and then to St. John's.
