It is with sadness that the passing of William H. Snelgrove (Western Bay, Newfoundland) is shared. William, born on June 18, 1934 in Lower Island Cove, Newfoundland, passed away on October 12, 2026. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce (Murdoch); his parents, Fanny and William; his sister Betty (Alec); and his brother-in-law Douglas Rogers.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nathan Jr. (Amia), Melanie (Nick), Kelsey (Peter), Terra (Amy), Michael and Emma (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Olivia and Thomas; his siblings, Beatrice and Gord (Maud); and his close friend Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
