He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley and Blanche; his daughter Linda; his sister Marjorie (Malcolm); and his brother-in-law Ben.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Myrtle (Lester), Juanita (Wade), Virginia (Edward), Fabian (Terri), Jeanie (Shawn), Betty (Spencer), Angela (Bob) and Leanne; his son-in-law Roy; his grandchildren, Dennis (Jenny), David (Sharon), Darrell (Trina), Grant (Karen), Ashley (Jon), Megan (Ankit), Jessica (Sheldon), Mackenzie (Brenda), Haley (Dominic) and Hannah (Ian); his great grandchildren, Jaylin, Jenna, Sophie, Evan, Nadja (Tyrone), Leila and Liam; his great great grandchild Daxton; and his siblings, Phyllis (Terry), Milton (Janet), Eileen (Gilmore), Bruce (Carol) and Gordon (Blanche). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
