She was predeceased by: her son Reginald Moulton; her parents, George Pardy and Rose Pardy; her sister Irene Piercey (George); her brother-in-law Clarence Miller; and her parents-in-law, Levi and Leah Moulton.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Robert Moulton (Jackie Tuff) of Duchess, AB and Ruthie Fudge (Mike) of Garnish; her grandchildren, Tyler (Lindsay), Caitlin, Nikitta, Caleb and Sara-Yryl; her great grandchild Oliver; her siblings, Joan Miller of Port Saunders, Georgie Baldwin (Lindsay) of Creston South, Eli Pardy (Gwen) of Grand Bank, Gord Pardy of Grand Bank and Kelt Pardy of St. John's; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Nichol of Clarenville and Harold Loveless of Grand Bank.
In Frances' memory, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Faith & Hope Corps.
