It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Loughlin of Winterland, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Collins and Louise Collins; her husbands, Arleigh Loughlin and David Wamback; and her pet Cocoa.

She is survived by : her children, Joanne Jackman (Jeff) of Winterland and Arthur Wamback (Linda) of Fall River, NS; her close friend Jerry Warren of Marystown; her grandchildren, Robyn, Corinna and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Evan and Alyssa; her stepdaughters, Rosalind (Ross) and Karen; her sister Judy Collins; and also Freeman Collins (Emily).

The family will be accepting visitors at Serenity Funeral Home, In keeping with Covid rules there will be a walk through visitation on Wednesday July 7, 2021 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the family who will make a donation to a local charity.
