He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Yard and Ethel Yard. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Dunne (Derek) and Juanita Colbert (Keith); the mothers of children, Linda, Juanita Colbert (Keith) and Jacqueline Dunne (Derek); his grandsons, Devin, Cody and Liam; and his sisters, Lucy Norris (Eugene), Sheila Carew (Val) and Mary O'Driscoll (Jim).
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cauls Funeral Home (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Caul's Chapel (84 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2G8).
