Kevin Michael Cantwell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kevin Michael Cantwell of York Harbour, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cantwell and Angela Cantwell of Corner Brook; his wife Brenda Cantwell (Park); and his parents-in-law, Myrtle and Henry Park.
He is survived by: his children, Angela, Donna, Shirley (Scott), Bill (Chantelle), Walter (Lisa), Sylvia (Dave), April (Chris) and Michael (Pascale); his siblings, Maria Dicks (late Vincent Dicks), Reginald Cantwell (Nora), Ursula Anstey (David), Sylvia Hiscock (Lindy) and Elizabeth Cantwell (Bruce Taylor); his cousin Jim Cantwell (Anita); his aunt Myrtle McCarthy; his siblings-in-law, Doreen, Lois (Claude), Josephine (Dave), Betty, Edna (Gerald), Henry (Betty), William and Llewellyn (Nancy); and his siblings, Ellen, Sandra, Joseph and Thomas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Country Haven Funeral Home (167 Country Rd, Corner Brook, NL A2H4M5).
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
