She was predeceased by : her parents, James Brown and Leota Brown (Taylor); her husbands, Merlin Burton and Arthur Goldrich; her granddaughter Melissa; and her siblings, Laurie and Lorraine.

She is survived by : her children, Claire of Amherst, Brenda (Ric) of Saint John, Kim (Trevor) of Amherst and Brian (Kelly) of Amherst; her grandchildren, Natasha (Jeremy), Sarah (Kevin), Brittany (Chuck), Brian (Ashley), Courteney (Jamie), Kaylee (Dwayne), Chase (Erin) and Charley (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Damien, Malakai, Maddy, Drake, Sophie, Parker, Stella, Kayce and Audrey; her sister-in-law Brenda Brown of Amherst; and her cousins, Myrna and Gerald. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
