He is survived by: his wife Jean Jacklin (Collins); his sons, Adam Jacklin (Kirstie) and Cody Jacklin (Virginia); his grandchildren, Landon, Addison, Grayson, Emily (Reese), Molly and Collin; his mother-in-law Maureen Collins (Ells); his sisters-in-law, June Collins (Steve) and Valerie Bembridge (Jeff); and his siblings, Dale Jacklin (Sandy), Paul Jacklin (Terry), Stephen Jacklin, Vanda Wilson and Marla Ash. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
