She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvie Beaumont and Florence Beaumont (DeRosier); her husband Dewis Spicer; her sister Vivianne; and her pets, Maggie, Bella and Roscoe.

She is survived by : her son Eric Levesque; her grandchildren, Miller and Claire; her brothers, Gilles (Rachel), Guy, Alain and Yvon; her sister-in-law Joselin Doucet (Maurice); her friends, Max, Ruth Ann (Shane), Marg White, Brenda (Paul) and Lisa Palmer; and her pet Meka.

Donations may be made in Denise's memory to the L.A. Animal Shelter, Cumberland VON or to The Cumberland Hospice and Palliative Care Society.
