As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Chapman and Audrey Firth Baxter (Goodwin); Joan Sturdy. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Chapman Vaillancourt (Michel); his stepgrandson Jean-Michel Vaillancourt; his brother Merlyn Chapman (Dawn); and his close friend Lois Kirby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
