He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Lee); his brothers, Dana and Beverly; and his parents, Leonard and Marion.

He is survived by: his daughters, Roxann Williams and Shawn Williams (Dana); his granddaughter Melissa Duguay; his great grandchildren, Cassidy Dwyer, Parker Dwyer and Dannika Sprague; his sister Heather Thomas (Alexander); his sibling's children, Holly Paradis (Greg) and Darrell Williams; and his cousin Elaine Shortliffe. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Donations in his Eugene's name may be made to the Cumberland Cancer Assistance Fund or the charity of your choice.
