She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fagan and Mabel Fagan (Berry); and her siblings, Donna, Linda, Cathy, Louise and John.

She is survived by: her children, Troy Matthews and Kathy Matthews; her grandchildren, Haley and Jordyn; her great grandchild Aliya-Lynn; her siblings, Darrell Fagan (Angie), Doug (Sharon), Peter, Randy, Philip, Barbara Snowdon (Roy) and Nicole Fagan; and her aunt Sarah Ward (Micheal).
