She was predeceased by : her parents, Wyman Chapman and Pearl Chapman (MacKinnon); her brother Warren Chapman; and her son Terry Dixon. She is survived by : her husband Richard Maas of Tidnish Bridge, NS; her son Troy Dixon (Vicky) of Halifax, NS; her foster daughter Corrinna Norman of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Kristian, Tyler, Logan, William, Toni and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Adryann, Aashtyn, Tucker, Jordan, Noah and Jessie; her siblings, Cheryl Canning (Jack) of Amherst, Gail Laliberte of Amherst and Bryon Chapman (Kim) of Memramcook, NB; her stepsister Marie MacKinnon (France) of Cantley, PQ; and her stepfather Don MacKinnon (Marilyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special daughters and granddaughters-in-law.
