She was predeceased by: her father Beverley Chapman; her sister Kristina Patterson; her nephew Joey Patterson; and her son-in-law Tyler Fillmore. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Rafuse (Nick); her grandchildren, Riley and Casey; her great grandchild Christopher (Melanie); her daughter Sara; her grandchildren, Emma, Lexa, Savanna and Chance; Erica.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (98 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B4).
Donations can be made in Karen's memory to a charity of choice.
