She is survived by: her grandson Rylie Chapman; her children, Megan Chapman and Brian Chapman; her friend Richard Dappolonio; her father Melvern Chapman (Carolyn); her brothers, Colin Chapman, Robbie Chapman and Brian Chapman; her stepfather Don DeCoste; her mother-in-law Shirley Collins; and her close friend Tammy Hebb (Michael). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
