He was predeceased by: his great-aunt Elizabeth Mapplebeck; and his grandparents, Henry St. Claire Mapplebeck, Edna Mae Mapplebeck, Lloyd William Neiley and Lillian Bertha Neiley.

He is survived by: his parent Ruth Mapplebeck (Neily); his significant other Jennifer (Crossman); his children, Brittney, Keaton (Madelynn) and Hillary (Breanna); his grandson Tate; his siblings, Louise, Mike and Terry (Jenny); his parents-in-law, Bill and Carol Crossman; his sister-in-law Stacy Gravel (Mike); his siblings, Kenny and Trina Clarke; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Landen and Jenna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
