He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Goodwin and Gladys Hazel Goodwin (Coulson); his brothers, George and Lloyd; his sister-in-law Gloria; his sister Shirley Ripley; and his brother-in-law Allison.

He is survived by : his nieces, Rosella Rogerson (Bill) and Cindy Chase (Stuart); his nephew Jeffery Goodwin (Heather); and his great-nephew Tim.
