It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loring Lowther Wilmot of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Oxford, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Wilmot and Geraldine Wilmot (Lowther). He is survived by : his wife Beverley; his children, June Gour of Halifax, NS and Craig (Kim); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jason, Heather and James; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Kinsley, Hudson, Avery and Meadow; and his cousins, Philip, Shannon and Matthew.

“I just heard off the passing off Loring, I went to Oxford Regional High School from 1953 to 1955, .qnd we were in the same class with my brother, Ray, who passed away in 2022. There was a reunion;, 1 believe 1n 1991, there was one that I came to. I was living in Ontario at the time. I seen Loring and Beverley severlal times when they lived between Oxford and Pugwash.
