Marion Lida Chisholm Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marion Lida Chisholm of Amherst, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marion left this world on September 25, 2025 at the age of 101, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Estabrooks and Mary Estabrooks (Babineau); her husband Arnold Chisholm; her sons, David and William; and her siblings, Hedley, Fred, Seldon, Warren, Girvan, Hazel, Grace and Audrey.

She is survived by: her son Robert Chisholm (Linda) of Rockwood Ontario. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (98 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B4). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (63 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B1).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marion's memory to Cumberland Hospice.
