Raelene Ann Bird Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raelene Ann Bird of Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 11, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gould and Eva Gould (Legere). She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughters, Melissa Demill (Shawn) and Stephanie Bird; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Mackenzie, Cody, Blake and Tessa; and her siblings, Maria Campbell (Colin) of Amherst, Richard (Ferne) of Amherst, David (Kathy) of Amherst and Fred (Karen) of Amherst. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (98 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B4). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (63 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B1).
Donations can be made in Raelene's memory to the Diabetes Association or the Cumberland Health Care Foundation.
