We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023, at the age of 92, Raymond Cecil Gould of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Nappan, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Gould and Matilda Gould (MacDonald); his wife Eva Gould (Legere); and his siblings, Dorothy Estabrooks, Muriel Legere, Norman, Lawrence, Arthur and Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Raelene Bird (Robert), Maria Campbell (Colin), Richard (Ferne) of Amherst, David (Kathy) of Amherst and Fred (Karen) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Jennifer Dickinson (Adam), Melissa Demill (Shawn), Stephanie Bird (Mike), Natalie Crowe (Ryan), Jillian Gould (Junior), Jeffrey, Daniel (Elyse), Ryan (Lisa), Matthew (Alyssa), Alex (Jenn) and Tyler (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Cody, Blake, Tessa, Mackenzie, Connor, Kahlan, Parker, Rylee, Avery, Noah, Elliott Anne, Casey and Elliott Olivia; his sister Pauline Comeau; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Gould, Barbara Gould, Christine Gould, Madeleine Vautour, Andrea Rhindress, Doreen Legere, Aris Legere and Edgar Legere (Jolene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
