He is survived by : his children, Ronda Beal (Mark) and George Grimmett (Kelly); his son-in-law Mark Whidden (Sally King); his grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie), Melissa (Roger) and Amanda (Jim); his great grandchildren, Brooke and Benjamin; and the mothers of child, Carlene and Joan Black (Peers). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
