It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Frederick MacKay of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley MacKay and Mildred MacKay (Currie); his brother Bradford; his brother-in-law John Fawcett; and his great grandchild Ryan Chapman.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret (Fawcett); his sons, Scott (Pascale) and Greg (Kim); his grandchild Laurie (Chris); and his sister Geraldine.
