He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Nixon and Agnes Nixon (Wilson); his wife June; and his sisters, Margaret, Mary and Bunny.

He is survived by : his children, Linda Parker (Caroll) of Gladwyn, NB, Beverly Caddell (Wayne) of Truro, NS and Tom (Cathy); his grandchildren, Cheryl (Nathan), Steven, Daniel, Willie, Kendra, Luke, Amanda, Kelly, Kevin (Beth), Crystal (Matt) and Nicole (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Videlle, Seth, Ryker, Dexter, Dominick, Logan, Kyleigh, Johnny, Finley, Eloise, Jon, Grace, Sydney and Carson.

Donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Cumberland YMCA, or the Amherst Rotary Club (for Camp Tidnish).
