He is survived by: his significant other Robin; his children, Stephanie Small (Daniel) and Elliott Fage (Jillian); his grandchildren, Sadie Louise Small, Robert Stephen Small (Robbie) and Stephen Daniel Fage; his siblings, Ernest (Elaine), Stan (Joan) and Charlotte (Bob); his sister-in-law Margaret Burke; his nieces and nephews, Jillian, Isaac, Adam, Ben, Roger, Clayton and Kyle; his brother Mark Lawrence; and his close friends, Steph, Dan, Elliott, Jill, Gaga, Sadie, Robbie and Steve.
