With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stuart Sears (Amherst, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sears and Sadie Sears (Scott); and his siblings, Charles, Reginald, Joan and Ellie.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Nancy Del-Grande (Phil) of Bowmanville, ON and Tanya Sears (Stephen) of Chester, NS; his siblings, Herbert (Joyce) of Stan Hope, PEI, Donald (Ann) of Riverview, NB, John (Jane) of Green Valley, ON, Margaret McKinnon (Mike) of Halifax, Audrey MacDonald of Brookfield and Doris Smith (Roy) of Linden; his grandsons, Scott, Jacob, Donovan and Zach; and his great grandchild Avery.
