She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: William Fagan and Annie (LeBlanc) Fagan; husband: John Corbett; children: Michael (Lorna), Marlene Smith (Breen), Carolyn Gramlich (Jim), Janice Melanson (Andrew), and Beth Fraser (Michael); grandchildren: Nathan Corbett (Nellwyn), Joshua Smith (Jillian), Caleb Smith (Kristie), Liam Melanson (Jess), Hannah Melanson (Kennie), Emily Dawson (Devon), and Mitchell Fraser (Julia); sisters: Lorraine Melanson, Lydia Lirette, and Dorilla Melanson; brothers: Marc, Philip, Father Omer, Renee, and Leo Paul; caregivers: Kim Bullen RN and Dr. Brian Henderson; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (63 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B1).
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
