He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Orea Lewis; and his siblings, Norman, John, Ada and Sandra.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon (White); his children, Brenda (Fred), Gord (Nancy), Nancy (Roger), Tracy (John) and Trevor (Debbie); his stepchildren, Lorraine (Tom), John and June (Glen); and his brothers, Stan (Marie) and Henry (Carolyn). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
