He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel MacKenzie and Eileen MacKenzie (Benjamin); and his brothers, Ernest and Sonny. He is survived by: his children, Laura Dickie (Michael) and Christopher MacKenzie (Krista) of Amherst, NS.; his grandchildren, Austin, Brody, Riley (Jaya), Madison and Ella; his siblings, Bobby (Joan), Doris (Lawrence), Jimmy, Gary (Sarah), Shirley, RuthAnn, Marlene, Fay and Linda; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Deegan, Dave O'Blenis, Art Tower, Thornton Chapman and Christine MacKenzie.
