He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Currie and Joyce Currie; and his brothers, Lloyd Bailey and George Currie. He is survived by: his children, Carmella and Cornell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Nerajiah, Narvaye Bailey, Cassius and Aliyah Bailey; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Javon, Leah, Isaiah Talbot and James Nicholas Bailey; his siblings, Thelma Trahan, David Currie, Patricia Williams, Elizabeth Marshall (Kevin), Debra Burrell, Shirley Power, Susan Currie, Phyllis Currie, Hilda Currie and Linda Stevenson (James); and also Dwight Talbot (Tanya). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
