He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Emily Victoria Pullen and Harry Palmer; his wife Barbara Palmer; his sister Joyce Lawrie; his daughter Julie Palmer; his brother John Palmer; his nephews, Paul, Dicky and Chris; and his niece Jill.

Donations in memory may be made to Nature Canada or Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal.
