He was predeceased by: his wife Josie. He is survived by: his children, Henry Piek, Adrian Piek Jr., Joanne DuPlessis (Mark), John Piek (Krista) and Joselyn Piek; his grandchildren, Samantha (Jeff), Beckie, Matt, Ben (Emma), Jeff, Olivia, Morgan (Alex), Jordan and Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Shila, Jeffrey and Adrian.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
