He was predeceased by : his parents, John Valentine Chisholm and Christina Anne "Nena" (MacDonald). He is survived by : his stepmother Elizabeth Rose Chisholm; his wife Karen; his sons, John of Halifax, Michael of Halifax and James of Halifax; and his sisters, Pat Steele (Michael) of Philadelphia and Anne Chisholm of Midland.
