He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Hugh and Sadie Jane MacDonald (Grant); his former wife Anna Marie (Frosst); his son Wayde MacDonald; his grandson Ian Kirk; his sisters, Theresa MacDonald and Mary; and his stepchildren, William "Skip" Egbert and Allyson Egbert.
He is survived by: his wife Shirlee MacDonald; his children, Michael "Gopher" MacDonald (Susan), Allan, Mary Jo Jessome (Blaine), Louise (Anthony MacDougall), Juanita MacGillivray (Dan) and Morristown; his daughter-in-law Sonya MacDonald (Old Maryvale Rd); and his stepchildren, New York and Kim MacLean (Troy). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Cathy's Place Cancer Resource Room, c/o St. Martha's Regional Hospital.
