We announce the death of Blair Richard Halfpenny (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 11, 2026. Blair will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Halfpenny and Loyola Halfpenny of Melford; his sisters, Elaine MacMaster and Carol White; his nieces, Katrina and Jewel Halfpenny; and his brother-in-law Gary MacMaster.
He is survived by: his daughter Samatha; and his siblings, Marilyn MacPherson (Peter Conrad), Mike (Darlene) of Pleasant Valley and Paul (Julie) of Scotch Hill. He is also survived by brother-in-law.
