The memory of Carmel Chisholm (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 27, 2025, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anabel Floyd (Cameron) and Alex Peter Floyd; her husband Joseph A. Chisholm; her son David; and her granddaughter Nance.
She is survived by: her children, John, Colette, Helen Marie, Gerard, Leo and Anita; her sons-in-law, Donald Haskett and A. J. Sears; her sisters, Helen Chisholm, Loyola MacDougall and Anne Campbell; her sister-in-law Marie Chisholm; and her caregivers, Elsie, Sonya and Antigonish. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Antigonish Community Food Bank.
