The memory of Dwayne Meagher of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 30, 2025 at the age of 55, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his parents, Leo Meagher and Margie Meagher (Wood); his sons, Francis of Dieppe, NB and Jesse of Dieppe, NB; his siblings, Ricky (Nadine), Darlene (Gerard), Linwood, Bonnie (Dennis), New Glasgow, Tommy (Barbara) and Scott (Julie); his siblings' children, Mike, Brent, Daniel, Megan, Jeffrey, Mikayla, Tristan and Jessica; and his aunts and uncles, Danny (Jean), Barbara, Larry (Linda), Vincent (Annie), Bernie (Evelyn), Myrtle (Damien) and Helen (Steve). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Mulgrave and Area Resting Place Church (24 Church St, Mulgrave, NS B0E2G0). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church (28 Church St, Mulgrave, NS B0E2G0).
Memorial donations may be made to the Mulgrave and Area Resting Place or to the Auld's Cove Fire Dept.
