It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Foster William Tate (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Foster William Tate to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold and Anita; his brother Carmen; and his brother-in-law Dennis DeCoste. He is survived by : his wife Cathy (DeCoste); his daughter Wanda; his siblings, Vincent (Maggie), David and Isabelle (Fred) of Grosvenor; his parents-in-law, Berkley and Elizabeth DeCoste; his siblings-in-law, Hilda Bennett (John) and James DeCoste; his family, Sofia and Missy; and also Morgan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (45 Old Trunk Rd, Monastery, NS B0H1W0).

Donations in memory of Foster may be made to Cathy to set up an education fund for Wanda.
