She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Duffy and Mabel Duffy; her husband Ray of North Brookfield, NS.; her siblings, Marcella Murnaghan of Charlottetown, PEI, Leah Duffy of Antigonish, Catherine Doyle of Bloomfield, PEI and Leo "Jack" Duffy of Dartmouth, NS; her brothers-in-law, Pius Martin of Brantford, ON, Loyola Murnaghan of Charlottetown, PEI and Donald Doyle of Bloomfield, PEI; and her great grandchild Joseph Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Peter of New Glasgow, NS, Ray (Betsy) of Rothesay, NB, Patricia of Truro, NS, Sean (Karen Brebner) and Marcy of Antigonish, NS.; her grandchildren, Corey Rogers of Edmonton, AB, Ryan Baker, Christopher Baker (Natalia) of Quispamsis, NB, Tracey Thorne (Jason) of Rothesay, NB and Michael Baker (Rocio) of Rothesay, NB; her great grandchildren, Henrik, Willem, Theo Baker, Anna Thorne and Penelope Baker; her sister Geraldine Martin of Brantford, ON; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Duffy of Dartmouth, NS. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ninian Cathedral (121 St Ninian St, Antigonish, NS B2G2L8).
