It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Margaret MacNeil (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Acker and Jessie Hiscock-Acker; and her siblings, Ronnie, Herman, Betty and Sylivia.

She is survived by: her sons, Joe, Ron and David (Lindsay); her grandson Dylan; her stepgrandchildren, Cassie, William and Matthew; and her siblings, Judy, Viola, Gene and Jenny. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
