He was predeceased by : his parents, Allan Clarence and Gladys Surette (Marr); and his siblings, Leander, Richard, Carolyn (Thomas) and Rose (Harvey).

He is survived by : his wife Mary (Lewis); his children, Francis Jr., Anna and Samantha (Clifford); his grandsons, Joel and Kyle; his brother Wayne (Karen); and his sister-in-law Ruth.
