He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Breen and Margaret Breen; his wife Jean; his brother Steven; and his brother-in-law Wilfred Chisholm.
He is survived by: his son David Breen (Sarah DeWolfe); his grandchildren, Laylah and Tessa; his siblings, Pauline Chisholm, Clifford (Tanya) and Nick (Judy); his sister-in-law Colleen; and his close friend Dorothy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Paul's Centre, Havre Boucher (96 Church St, Antigonish, NS B2G2E1). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Paul's Church (12401 NS-4, Havre Boucher, NS B0H1P0).
