We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, Francis Eugene Van Bommel (Antigonish, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hendrika Van Bommel (Hazen) and Johannas "John" Van Bommel; his father-in-law Angus Tait; his brother-in-law Richard Munn; and his nephews, Adrian Van Bommel and Larry Munn.

He is survived by : his wife Mary (Tait); his children, Jamie, Tracadie, Mark (Laura) and Chrissy; his grandchildren, Julia, John, Addison and Nicholas; his siblings, John (Grand Mira), Mary Munn (Mike), Joey (Summerside), Henry (Bernadette), Anita Tait (Summerside) and Jerry (Summerside); and his mother-in-law Myrna Tait.

Donations in memory may be made to Diabetes Canada, 145 Hobson's Lake Dr. Suite 405, Halifax, NS B3S 0H9.
