With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Michael Best (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Frank Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Frank Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dena, Tara (Doug) and Helen; and his grandchildren, Shya, Jasin, Asha and Javonni.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Martha's Regional Hospital in honour of his 30+ years of commitment serving his local community as a laboratory technician.
