He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Mildred Zita Bowles (Gerrior); and his brother-in-law Eddy DeYoung. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Van Den Broek); his children, Georgie (Alberta) and Beverly MacDonald (Alberta); his stepdaughters, Roselinda Partridge, Alberta and Crystal Partridge; his siblings, Donnie Bowles, Jean Delorey (Garfield), Barb Broussard (Jerome), Sharon DeYoung and Pomquet; his grandchildren, Clayton, Cayne, Conner, Cameron, Brooke, Shelby, Kassity and Korbin; his brother-in-law Kevin; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou. He is also survived by his sisters -in law and brothers -in- law.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9).
