He is survived by: his mother Bernadette "Bunny" Smith (MacKenzie); his siblings, Cindy (Derf), Glen (Valerie), Greg (Lisa), Chris (Sandie) and Michelle (Wayne); his close friend Kathy Pitts; his nieces and nephews, Lori, Jessica, Korin, Kayla, Mya, Angus "Guse", Thane, Ryan and Adam; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eva, Amelia, Lucas, Henderson, Lincoln, Felix, Clayton and Xander; Elliott.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Antigonish Community Food Bank or to the food bank in your area.
