He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, John (Nancy LaRose) of Cole Harbour, NS, Christopher (Carrie Redpath) of Prospect Bay, NS and Lynn (Wayne Johnson) of Malignant Cove, NS; his sister Pat (John Roberts) of South Portland; his nieces and nephews, Suzan, Sharon, Carol, Julie, David and Brion; and his wife Judy.

Memorial donations in memory of Jack may be made to the St. Martha's Regional Hospital Foundation or to the Victorian Order of Nurses.
